In addition to development opportunities, we financially involve you in the company's success. There are monthly targets! If your studio meets the target, you receive an additional €100 gross. During your working hours, you have the opportunity to study twice a week for 90 minutes each. Additionally, we cover the tuition fees for your training / dual studies at the IST. If you attend seminars or exams, you will receive a paid train ticket for the first journey there and the last journey back.
