During your apprenticeship, you have the opportunity to support your colleagues as 8jumps ambassadors and further develop your personality alongside your sales skills. As a personal trainer, you can continue to develop within our academy and support our customers. Performance is rewarded; as a personal trainer, you receive an individual commission in addition to your training remuneration. Another opportunity we offer is participation in our trainee program for studio managers. Here, you will be prepared for a future leadership position in our company during your apprenticeship.
